This site is dedicated to the memory of Brooklyn Peter Crone .
Brooklyn Peter Crone was born on Sunday 10th March 2013. Brooklyn was an inspirational young boy and could light up a room with his smile. Brooklyn got tired though after fighting CHD for his entire 16 months of life and fell asleep with his mammy on Sunday 13th July 2014.
Gone but never forgotten.
